Representative Fischer, prime sponsor of Senate Bill 09-003, discussed the merits of the bill. The bill would ensure that a diesel inspection program area in Weld and Larimer Counties remains unaltered and excludes collector's item vehicles with a model year of 1975 or earlier from the emissiosn testing process. Representative Fischer provided a handout to committee members (Attachment J).
