2-3-1704. Powers and duties of the joint technology committee. (7) On or before November 1, 2013, and on November 1 of each year thereafter, the judicial department, the department of law, the department of state, and the department of the treasury shall submit a written report to the committee that details all information technology that such department purchased or implemented.
