He stated that the division has a neutral position on the bill. He expressed concerns with the bill's language pertaining to audio recordings of independent medical examinations. He discussed other concerns with the bill.
03:17 PM -- John Sbarbaro, representing the Workers' Compensation Education Association (WCEA), testified in favor of the bill. He discussed the changes made by the bill. He addressed Mr. Tauriello's concerns regarding audio recordings.
