Senator Boyd, sponsor, described the provisions of the reengrossed House Bill 09-1362. She explained that additional time is needed to work on the bill. However, due to the lack of time remaining in the 2009 legislative session, Senator Boyd requested that the bill be laid over until May 7, which is essentially a motion to postpone indefinitely the bill. There was no testimony on the bill. Testimony occurred during the April 30 meeting. The bill was then laid over, unamended, for action only at today's meeting.
