Representative Pommer, sponsor of Senate Bill 09-052, concerning the funding source for the Higher Education Research Fund, presented his bill. He discussed the changes amendment L.002 makes to the bill, specifically noting that the money for the Higher Education Research Fund will come from the Limited Gaming Fund, as opposed to the Waste Tire Fee Recycling Development Cash Fund, which was how the bill was originally drafted.
