MOTION:Moved that the committee adopt the report from the Committee on Joint Rule 36 Complaint which recommends that Mr. Groves be formally admonished in a private meeting, that a letter of admonishment be issued, and that Mr. Groves be directed to refrain from such conduct in the future. The motion passed on a 5-0-1 vote.
