Representative Weissmann, prime sponsor, presented House Bill 09-1348 concerning activities resulting from the performance of legislative duties. The bill prohibits a legislator from being questioned in any other place for conducting or performing any legislative activity, and provides that legislative staff may not be questioned in any other place for legislative duties or functions performed at the request of a legislator.
