Representative Vaad, prime sponsor of House Bill 09-1066, discussed the merits of the bill. The legislation would update existing aviation-related statutes. Representative Vaad responded to questions from the committee.

Mr. Vallin stated that the bill would update statutes that are approximately 20 years old. Mr. Vallin responded to questions from the committee members.
