Representative C. Gardner, prime sponsor of House Bill 09-1268, discussed the merits of the bill. The bill would make a number of additional state agency requirements related to reductions in fossil fuel consumption. Representative Gardner provided handouts on the bill to the committee (Attachments D, E, and F). Representative Gardner responded to questions from committee members and provided copies of Amendments L.003 and L.001 (Attachments G and H).
