Ms. Carol L. Block, appointee to the Colorado Advisory Committee on Governmental Accounting, provided her background and interest in serving on the committee. Copies of the appointee's application and resume are included as Attachment A. Ms. Block explained her service in county government, her career as an accountant, and the activities of the advisory committee.
