Representative McGihon, prime sponsor, presented House Bill 09-1287 concerning changes to the Colorado Probate Code. The bill is recommended by the Colorado Commission on Uniform State Laws. It modifies the Colorado Probate Code to reflect amendments drafted by the National Conference of Commissioners of Uniform State Laws in 2008.
