Harold Naber, representing the Pikes Peak Veteran Car Club, commented on the process of acquiring a new title for classic cars. He said that, under current law, time frames do not allow sufficient time for acquisition of such documents. He said that Senate Bill 09-107 has no fiscal impact, and that he has worked with the Colorado Motor Vehicle Division in the development of the bill.
