Jennifer Hampton from the Governor's Energy Office and Lance Shepherd from the Office of the State Architect described changes made to the solar panel display that will be housed in Mr. Brown's Attic. The committee considered the display and made recommendations at its February 20, 2009, meeting. The committee viewed the slides that comprise the proposed display, made suggestions, and asked questions about the text on the slides.

Because a quorum of the committee was not in attendance, a vote on the acceptance of the display was delayed until Representative Weissmann arrived.
