Moved to amend page 3 by striking lines 18-24. This changes the 5 percent of moneys in the operational account currently available for the Division of Wildlife available for the Division of Water Resources. Tom Morris, Legislative Legal Services, explained that the 5 percent is a funding limit and that in FY 2008-09 the Division of Wildlife received 1.309% from the operational account.The committee discussed their views on the amendment. The amendment passed on a roll call vote of 4-2.

FINAL VOTE - Allow the Capitol Building Advisory Committee to assist Colorado Preservation, Inc. in the development of a public-private fund-raising campaign to finance the restoration of the State Capitol dome and give the Capitol Building Advisory Committee permission to apply for the 2010 Most Endangered Places List on behalf of the State Capitol dome. The motion passed on a vote of 5-0-1.
