SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 99-020

CONCERNING THE CONVENING DATE FOR THE SECOND REGULAR SESSION OF THE SIXTY-SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY.

WHEREAS, Section 2-2-303.5, Colorado Revised Statutes, authorizes the General Assembly to designate the convening date for regular sessions by joint resolution; now, therefore,

Be It Resolved by the Senate of the Sixty-second General Assembly of the State of Colorado, the House of Representatives concurring herein:

That pursuant to section 2-2-303.5, Colorado Revised Statutes, the General Assembly designates Wednesday, January 5, 2000, as the convening date for the Second Regular Session of the Sixty-second General Assembly.
