the First Conference Committee and the Speaker has appointed

conferees on the Second Conference Committee on HB99-1134.
The bill is transmitted herewith.
The House has voted to concur in the Senate amendments
to HB99-1105, 1188, 1265, 1324 and 1327 and has repassed the
bills as so amended.
The House has voted not to concur in the Senate
amendments to HB99-1160 and requests that a conference committee
