Conv Of Public Utilities
Senator Wattenberg moved that the Senate reject the First Report of the First Conference
Committee on HB99-1134, that the Conference Committee be dissolved and that a Second
Conference Committee be appointed.
A majority of all members elected to the Senate
having voted in the affirmative, the motion was adopted.
The President appointed Senators Wattenberg, Chairman, Anderson and Dyer as Senate
Conferees on the Second Conference Committee on HB99-1134.
