(II) An accounting of the amount ANNUALLY spent
per offender for each of the first
five years of operation of SENTENCED
TO the youthful offender system; AND
(III) AN EVALUATION OF THE OPERATIONS OF THE YOUTHFUL
OFFENDER SYSTEM.

30,".
