Present later--Rupert, Tanner.

Quorum The President announced a quorum present.

Reading of On motion of Senator Evans, reading of the Journal of April 20th was

Journal dispensed with and the Journal stands approved as corrected by the Secretary.

On motion of Senator Blickensderfer, and with a majority of those elected to the Senate having voted in the affirmative, the balance of the calendar of Wednesday, April 21, was laid over until Thursday, April 22, retaining its place on the calendar.

On motion of Senator Blickensderfer, and with a majority of those elected to the Senate

having voted in the affirmative, the Senate Committee meetings scheduled for Wednesday,

April 21, were laid over until Thursday, April 22, replacing the Senate Committee meetings schedule of Thursday, April 22. The Senate Committee meetings scheduled for Thursday, April 22 were laid over until Friday, April 23, except for the Appropriations Committee meeting schedule of Thursday, April 22 which will meet as scheduled on the calendar.
