THE COST OF SUCH BOND SHALL BE PAID FROM THE ASSETS OF THE CREDIT UNION. SUIT MAY BE MAINTAINED ON SUCH BOND BY ANY PERSON INJURED BY A BREACH OF THE CONDITIONS THEREOF.
