{}Increases the transfer of moneys from the general fund to the
capital construction fund for the 1999-2000 fiscal year.
1 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
2 SECTION 1. 24-75-302 (2) (l), Colorado Revised Statutes, is
3 amended to read:
4 24-75-302. Capital construction fund - capital assessment fees
5 - calculation. (2) As of July 1, 1988, and July 1 of each year thereafter
6 through July 1, 2002, a sum as specified in this subsection (2) shall
7 accrue to the capital construction fund. The state treasurer and the
8 controller shall transfer such sum out of the general fund and into the
9 capital construction fund as moneys become available in the general fund
10 during the fiscal year beginning on said July 1. Transfers between funds
11 pursuant to this subsection (2) shall not be deemed to be appropriations
12 subject to the limitations of section 24-75-201.1. The amount which shall
13 accrue pursuant to this subsection (2) shall be as follows:
14 (l) On July 1, 1999, one hundred million dollars, plus three
15 hundred twenty-three thousand nine hundred ninety-eight dollars
16 pursuant to H.B. 97-1186, enacted at the first regular session of the
17 sixty-first general assembly; plus three thousand eight hundred forty
18 dollars pursuant to S.B. 98-021, enacted at the second regular session of
19 the sixty-first general assembly; PLUS NINETY-FOUR MILLION ONE
20 HUNDRED {TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND TWO} HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR
21 DOLLARS PURSUANT TO S.B. 99-216, ENACTED AT THE FIRST REGULAR
22 SESSION OF THE SIXTY-SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
23 SECTION 2. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds,
24 determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate

1 preservation of the public peace, health, and safety.
