HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 99-1002

CONCERNING A JOINT SESSION OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE FOR THE PURPOSE OF HEARING A MESSAGE FROM THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE SUPREME COURT AND APPOINTING A COMMITTEE TO ESCORT THE CHIEF JUSTICE.

Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the Sixty-second General Assembly of the State of Colorado, the Senate concurring herein:

That a Joint Session of the House of Representatives and the Senate of the First Regular Session of the Sixty-second General Assembly be held in the House Chambers at 10:00 a.m., on January 15, 1999, for the purpose of hearing a message from the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, the Honorable Mary J. Mullarkey, and that a committee of three members of the House of Representatives and two members of the Senate be appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate, respectively, to escort the Chief Justice to the Joint Session.
