(3)  In addition to any other appropriation, there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the general fund not otherwise appropriated, to the department of education, for public school finance, special education ­ children with disabilities, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999, the sum of one million six hundred sixty­five thousand eight hundred fifty­nine dollars ($1,665,859), or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the implementation of this act.

(4)  In addition to any other appropriation, there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the general fund not otherwise appropriated, to the department of education, for public school finance, special education ­ gifted and talented children, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999, the sum of one hundred thirty­two thousand dollars ($132,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the implementation of this act.

(5)  In addition to any other appropriation, there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the general fund not otherwise appropriated, to the department of education, for public school finance, small attendance centers, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999, the sum of eight hundred nineteen thousand two hundred dollars ($819,200), or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the implementation of this act.".
