This Report Amends the Rerevised Bill.

Your first conference committee appointed on HB 991063,
concerning termination upon remarriage of benefits paid under
the statewide death and disability plan to a surviving spouse
of a fire and police pension association member who dies while
in active service, has met and reports that it has agreed upon
the following:
That the House accede to the Senate amendment made
to the bill, as said amendment appears in the rerevised bill,
with the following changes:

3813108, 3813108.5, 3813109,
3813109.5, and 3813112, shall be credited
to the business associations unclaimed moneys fund and are appropriated
to the administrator for payment of claims as provided in this
section. The administrator shall determine an appropriate amount
of moneys to be maintained in the business associations unclaimed
moneys fund for payment of claims as provided in this section,
and the moneys maintained in the fund shall not revert to the
general fund at the end of any fiscal year. Moneys in the business
associations unclaimed moneys fund received in excess of that
required by this paragraph (a) to be maintained in the fund and
that ARE IN EXCESS OF THE FUNDS required by paragraph
PARAGRAPHS (b) AND (d) of this subsection (4) to
be transferred to the Colorado uninsurable health insurance plan
cash fund shall be credited to the
general fund.
(II) (A) IN ADDITION TO ANY MONEYS
RECEIVED PURSUANT TO SUBPARAGRAPH (I) OF PARAGRAPH (a) OF THIS
SUBSECTION (4), THE ADMINISTRATOR SHALL COLLECT MONEYS AS A PAYMENT
OR DELIVERY TO THE DEPARTMENT OF REGULATORY AGENCIES FROM THE
MANUFACTURED HOUSING RECOVERY FUND. SUCH MONEYS SHALL BE CREDITED
TO THE BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS UNCLAIMED MONEYS FUND AND SHALL BE
APPROPRIATED PURSUANT TO THIS SUBSECTION (4).
(B) THIS SUBPARAGRAPH (II) IS REPEALED,
EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2005.".
