HOUSE BILL 99-1349

 

BY REPRESENTATIVES George, King, Witwer, May, Pfiffner, Scott, and Taylor;

also SENATORS Teck and Congrove.

Concerning the repeal of the requirement that an architect's license number be included in advertising.

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:

 

SECTION 1.  Repeal.  12-4-115 (3), Colorado Revised Statutes, is repealed as follows:

12-4-115.  Use of title. (3)  Any listing or advertisement by an architect in any Colorado publication shall include the Colorado license number of the architect.

SECTION 2.  Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds, determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety.
