            The Senate amended House Bill 99-216 by increasing the transfer of moneys from the General Fund to the Capital Construction Fund from $94,108,774 to $94,125,274, or $16,500, for FY 1999-00. This increase brings the total scheduled transfer from the General Fund to Capital Construction Fund to $194,453,112 for FY 1999-00. The bill would become effective upon the signature of the Governor.

            The bill does not authorize nor create state expenditures, but transfers moneys from the General Fund to the Capital Construction Fund for further appropriation.
