The Senate amended House Bill 99-216 by increasing the transfer of moneys from the General Fund to the Capital Construction Fund from $94,108,774 to $94,125,274, or $16,500, for FY 1999-00. This increase brings the total scheduled transfer from the General Fund to Capital Construction Fund to $194,453,112 for FY 1999-00. The bill would become effective upon the signature of the Governor.
