TITLE: CONCERNING THE TERMINATION OF THE LAW-RELATED EDUCATION ADVISORY BOARD.
Summary of Assessment
This bill eliminates the Llaw-related Eeducation Aadvisory Bboard within the Colorado Department of Education Prevention Initiatives Unit. that Under current law, the board is scheduled for repeal July 1, 1999.
The board has completed its work and no longer plans to meet in the future. Therefore, the bill is assessed as having no fiscal impact. Past board expenses were paid from the Comprehensive Health Cash Fund. The advisory board never received a direct appropriation.
The bill would become effective upon signature of the Governor.
