TITLE: CONCERNING THE CONTINUATION OF THE DIVISION OF RACING EVENTS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE.
Summary of Assessment
This bill continues the Division of Racing Events in the Department of Revenue, including the Colorado Racing Commission, until July 1, 2008. Since the bill continues the activities of an existing division of state government, the bill is assessed as having no fiscal impact. The bill would become effective upon signature of the Governor.
