TITLE:            CONCERNING THE YOUTH LICENSING PROGRAM WITHIN THE WILDLIFE COMMISSION.

Summary of Assessment

This bill entitles the holder of a combination youth small game hunting, furbearer, and fishing license to the full bag and possession limits of fish rather than one-half of the bag and possession limits.

The bill also extends the repeal date for the youth small game, furbearer, and fishing license and the youth big game license programs from January 1, 2000 to January 1, 2005. The bill will become effective 90 days after adjournment unless a referendum petition is filed.

The bill will not affect state or local government revenue or expenditures. Therefore, it is assessed as having no fiscal impact.
