TITLE:          CONCERNING THE REVISION OF STATUTES IN THE COLORADO REVISED STATUTES, AS AMENDED, AMENDING OR REPEALING OBSOLETE, INCONSISTENT, AND CONFLICTING PROVISIONS OF LAW AND CLARIFYING THE LANGUAGE TO REFLECT THE LEGISLATIVE INTENT OF THE LAWS.

Summary of Assessment

            This bill amends or repeals various statutory provisions which are obsolete, inconsistent, or in conflict with other law. It clarifies the language and more accurately reflects the legislative intent of the laws.

            The bill would not impact the state or units of local government. It therefore is assessed as having no fiscal impact. The bill would become effective 90 days after adjournment sine die or upon declaration of the vote of the people as proclaimed by the Governor, if a referendum petition is filed.
