Summary of Legislation
This bill adds the Commissioner of Agriculture to the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB), Department of Natural Resources, as a nonvoting ex officio member.
State Expenditures
As a nonvoting ex officio member of the CWCB, the Department of Natural Resources will incur travel costs to send the Commissioner of Agriculture to six annual board meetings of the CWCB. It is estimated that travel costs, including meals and lodging for meetings outside of the Denver metropolitan area, total an estimated $802 ($401 GF and $401 CFE) per year.

This fiscal note implies that the Department of Natural Resources will require an additional appropriation of $401 GF and $401 CFE in FY 1999-00.
