TITLE: CONCERNING THE CONTINUATION OF THE "HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES FOR PERSONS WITH BRAIN INJURY ACT".
Summary of Assessment
The bill eliminates the July 1, 1999, repeal date for the "Home and Community-Based Services for Persons with Brain Injury Act". Because the bill extends a program currently appropriated on an annual basis, there is no net increase of revenues or expenditures. The bill is assessed as having no fiscal impact, any increases or decreases in funding for the program will be reflected in the Long Appropriations Bill. The bill is effective upon signature of the Governor.
