TITLE:            CONCERNING SCHOOL ELECTIONS, AND, IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, THE ELECTION OF SCHOOL DIRECTORS.

Summary of Assessment

            The bill includes a number of provisions relating to school elections, none of which create a fiscal impact in the Department of Education, local school districts, Secretary of State, or county clerk offices. The bill changes the processes for school elections, but does not mandate any procedural changes that would affect workload. The bill is effective upon signature of the Governor.
