It allows a county, city and county, or municipality to adopt a resolution or ordinance to prohibit any person from carrying concealed weapons within any public building owned or leased by any county, city and county, or municipality or within any park, in any county, city and county or municipality.

The bill specifies that the resolution or ordinance shall not prohibit carrying concealed weapons throughout the jurisdiction of the county, city and county, or municipality by a person who holds a concealed weapons permit.
