TITLE: CONCERNING THE REDUCTION OF THE MINIMUM DIMENSIONS OF A DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SURVEY PLAT THAT MAY BE FILED WITH A COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDER.

Summary of Assessment

The bill would reduce the minimum dimensions of a survey plat that is filed with a county clerk and recorder. The bill would become effective 90 days after adjournment unless a referendum petition is filed.
