TITLE: CONCERNING THE ENACTMENT OF COLORADO REVISED STATUTES 1998 AS THE POSITIVE AND STATUTORY LAW OF THE STATE OF COLORADO.
Summary of Assessment
This bill enacts the 1998 Colorado Revised Statutes as the positive and statutory law of the State of Colorado. The effective date for Colorado Revised Statutes 1998 is fixed as the first day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday following the effective date of the bill. The bill would be effective upon signature of the Governor.
The bill would not impact the revenues or expenditures of the State or units of local government. It therefore, is assessed as having no fiscal impact.
