Be It Resolved by the Senate of the Sixty-first
General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
That the following named person be appointed as an
employee of the Senate of the Sixty-first General Assembly, convened
in Second Regular Session, to the position set opposite his name.

Senator Wells moved to suspend Senate Rule 30(c).
A two-thirds majority of those elected to the Senate
having voted in the affirmative, Senate Rule 30(c) was suspended
