SCR 98-1 by Senator Chlouber; also Representatives Kaufman and Kreutz--Submitting to the registered electors of the state of Colorado an amendment to section 3 of article II of the constitution of the state of Colorado concerning a constitutional right of privacy.

SCR 98-2 by Senator Duke--Submitting to the registered electors of the state of Colorado an amendment to article X of the constitution of the state of Colorado, concerning the exemption of all personal property from taxation.

INTRODUCTION OF MEMORIAL

The following memorial was read by title:

SJM 98-1 by Senator Coffman--Memorializing congress to enact legislation that prohibits states from imposing an income tax on severance payments and termination payments to nonresident individuals.

Laid over one day under Senate Rule 30(d), and placed on the calendar of Tuesday, January 13.
