INTRODUCTION OF CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

The following resolution was read by title and referred to the committee indicated:

HCR98-1007 by Representatives Pankey and Salaz--Submitting to the registered electors of the state of Colorado an amendment to the constitution of the state of Colorado, concerning state income taxes, and, in connection therewith, specifying the rate of Colorado income tax, defining "Colorado gross income" and "Colorado taxable income" for purposes of the state income tax on individuals, estates, and trusts, and authorizing a temporary state income tax reduction for the purpose of refunding state revenues in excess of the constitutional limitation on state fiscal year spending for any given fiscal year.
