Summary of Assessment

This bill would repeal certain statutory requirements for periodic reports to the General Assembly under Sections 22-1-101 to 22-60-119, C.R.S by the State Board of Education and the Department of Education. The information contained in these reports will continue to be collected and quantified by the Department of Education, and will be available to the Governor and the General Assembly upon request.
