TITLE:            CONCERNING EDUCATION REFORM BY REPEALING THE REPEALER FOR THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION TO WAIVE ANY REQUIREMENTS OF TITLE 22, COLORADO REVISED STATUTES, FOR THE PURPOSES OF ENHANCING EDUCATIONAL ACHIEVEMENT.

Summary of Assessment

This reengrossed bill would repeal the repealer that is currently effective July 1, 1998, for the State Board of Education to waive any of the regulatory requirements of Title 22, C.R.S. This continuation of the current power of the State Board of Education is assessed as having no fiscal impact on the state or on local school districts.
