TITLE:            CONCERNING CHANGES TO OBSOLETE PROVISIONS OF THE “COLORADO EMPLOYMENT SECURITY ACT”, AND, IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, REPEALING OBSOLETE STATUTORY PROVISIONS AND MODIFYING WAITING PERIOD AND BETWEEN-CLAIM EARNINGS REQUIREMENTS.



Summary of Assessment


            The provisions of this bill would make a number of changes to the “Colorado Employment Security Act”. These changes are housekeeping in nature. The bill would become effective upon signature of the Governor.


            The provisions of this bill would not have any impact on the Division of Employment and Training, Department of Labor and Employment, or on any other agency of the state, or unit of local government. Therefore, this bill is assessed as having no fiscal impact.
