TITLE: CONCERNING FUNCTIONS OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE REGARDING MOTOR VEHICLE SALES TRANSACTIONS.

Summary of Assessment

The bill would continue the functions of the executive director of the Department of Revenue regarding sales of motor vehicles until July 1, 2003. The bill is offered as part of the Sunset process. This bill would become effective July 1, 1998.
