TITLE: CONCERNING CONTINUATION OF THE FUNCTION OF LICENSING OF BINGO AND OTHER GAMES OF CHANCE THROUGH THE SECRETARY OF STATE.

Summary of Assessment

This bill would extend the repeal date for the function of licensing of bingo and other games of chance through the office of the Secretary of State from July 1, 1998 to July 1, 2003. The bill is assessed as having no fiscal impact since it does not create a new program, but rather, extends the statutory authority for an existing program. The bill would become effective July 1, 1998.
