CONCERNING CONTINUED FREE ENTRANCE TO STATE PARKS
AND RECREATION FACILITIES FOR DISABLED VETERANS WHOSE VEHICLES
DISPLAY A COLORADO DISABLED VETERAN'S LICENSE PLATE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State
of Colorado:
SECTION 1. 3312106
(2), Colorado Revised Statutes, 1995 Repl. Vol., is repealed as
follows:
3312106. Park
entrance privileges identified veterans. (2) This
section is repealed, effective July 1, 1997.
SECTION 2. Safety
clause. The general assembly hereby finds, determines, and
declares that this act is necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace, health, and safety.
