CONCERNING THE CONTINUATION OF THE AUTHORITY OF THE BOARD OF PARKS AND OUTDOOR RECREATION TO REGULATE THE USE OF A PORTION OF THE ARKANSAS RIVER.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:

SECTION 1.  33­12.5­105, Colorado Revised Statutes, 1995 Repl. Vol., is repealed as follows:

33­12.5­105.  Repeal of article. This article is repealed, effective July 1, 1997.

SECTION 2.  Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds, determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety.
