SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 97-1

APPOINTING A JOINT COMMITTEE TO NOTIFY THE GOVERNOR THAT THE FIRST REGULAR SESSION OF THE SIXTY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY IS NOW ORGANIZED AND READY FOR THE TRANSACTION OF BUSINESS.

Be It Resolved by the Senate of the Sixty-first General Assembly of the State of Colorado, the House of Representatives concurring herein:

That a joint committee, consisting of two members of the Senate and three members of the House of Representatives, be appointed by the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, respectively, to notify His Excellency, Governor Roy Romer, that the First Regular Session of the Sixty-first General Assembly of the State of Colorado is now organized and ready for the transaction of business.
