CONCERNING THE CONTINUATION OF THE NATURAL RESOURCES EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM IN THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:

SECTION 1.  24­33­109 (4), Colorado Revised Statutes, 1988 Repl. Vol., as amended, is repealed as follows:

24­33­109.  Educational programs ­ youth educational programs. (4)  This section is repealed, effective July 1, 1997.

SECTION 2.  Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds, determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety.
