CONCERNING THE PERCENTAGE OF INSTATE STUDENTS
REQUIRED FOR WESTERN STATE COLLEGE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State
of Colorado:
SECTION 1.
231113.5 (2) (b), Colorado Revised Statutes,
1995 Repl. Vol., is repealed as follows:
231113.5. Commission directive
resident admissions. (2) (b) This
subsection (2) is repealed, effective July 1, 1997.
SECTION 2. Safety clause.
The general assembly hereby finds, determines, and declares that
this act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health, and safety.
