8-86-105. Reporting.

On or before December 31, 2017, the forum shall publish on the department's website a report of its research and findings, the results of any pilot projects conducted pursuamt to section 8-86-104 (2)(a), and any legisaltive recommendations. The forum shall furnish copies of the report to:

(a) the Governor;
(b) the members of the General Assembly's majority and minority leadership;
(c) the members of the Health, Insurance, and Environment Committee in the House of Representatives and members of the Health and Human Services Committee in the Senate or their successor committees;
(d) Members of the Transportation and Energy Committee in the House of Representatives and members of the Transportation Committee in the Senate or their successor committees;
(e) members of the Joint Budget Committee.

Pursuant to Section 24-1-136 (9), C.R.S., Colorado state departments and agencies submit all statutorily required reports to Colorado Legislative Council staff. The Colorado Legislative Council staff delivers these reports to the appropriate legislative recipients and makes them available on this site.
